Shipping policy

To access your packs, go to the website, click on “My Packs,” and log in using the email address you used for your purchase.

Once payment is confirmed, your packs will automatically become available in your account—no shipping is required, as the product is digital.

You can also access them on your phone by downloading the Tevello app.
After installing it, just log in with the email address used for your purchase and the password you created on the website to access your packs directly from your phone.
