Refund policy

1. Refund requirements
GUF Pressets values the satisfaction of its customers and therefore offers a refund policy to ensure that you feel safe when purchasing our products. However, due to the digital nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

Refunds are only eligible for products that have not been accessed. If you have purchased one of our assets and have not accessed or downloaded the files, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Lifetime Use and Access: Once you have accessed the product, whether by downloading or viewing, use is for life and no refunds will be offered. By accessing the product, you accept the terms of use and acquire a lifetime license to use the files.

2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

Send an email to [support email] within 7 days of purchase. Be sure to include your order number and the date of purchase.

Our team will review the request and confirm that the product was not accessed.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to the original form of payment within 5 to 10 working days.

3. Exceptions and Considerations
Non-refundable: Once the product has been accessed, it is considered used and cannot be refunded.

Lifetime License: Even after use, your license to use the product remains valid and active indefinitely.
